Refund Policy

At Optic Vending, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our machines are custom-built and made-to-order, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund unless production has already begun.

Once production, customization, or factory assembly has started, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Made-to-Order Products

Because each vending machine is built specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable after production begins.

Shipping Damage

If your machine arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • Include your order number and full name

We will work with the freight carrier and customer to resolve eligible shipping claims.

Warranty Claims

If your machine experiences a covered issue during the warranty period, we may provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • Technical support
  • Repair assistance

Warranty service does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer misuse or damage
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customer
  • Delays caused by freight carriers or customs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting functionality
