All vending machines are made-to-order and subject to availability. Product specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in USD unless otherwise stated. Shipping, taxes, and additional fees may apply at checkout.

Made-to-Order Products

Most products are custom-built and may require approximately 4–5 weeks for production and delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics and production schedules.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered using LTL freight carriers. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate delivery option during checkout.

Shipping Damage Claims

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

Photos of the damage
Order number
Customer name

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Warranty

Machines include a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

All website content, graphics, branding, logos, and product images are the property of Optic Vending and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
